As a provider we understand that some children and young people in care often come from difficult backgrounds and circumstances. We know that for many of these children, finding a positive pathway into the sucessful future will be extremely difficult and challenging.
As a service, we prepare for the challenging and difficult times to ensure our children and young people have the support they need and deserve.
We work with many children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse which can often impact on their behaviours which can lead to increased risks.
This is why Optimus care often works children who's Local authorities find it difficult or challenging to find them homes to support their needs.

While Optimus Care is a newly opened children's
service, our foundation is built upon over 25 years of dedicated experience in children’s residential care.
For many years, our leadership has worked behind the scenes, assisting and guiding other organizations to deliver the highest standard of support to
vulnerable children and young people.
After dedicating so much time to helping other
providers build and refine their services, we realized it was time to channel our passion and expertise into a home of our own.
We believe that transparency and trust are the cornerstones of effective care. By stepping out on our own, we are combining the fresh energy and personalized focus of a new service with the profound, tested expertise of seasoned professionals. Our team brings deep, real-world experience in the areas that matter most:

Our Vision for the Future of Child Care:
When we first envisioned Optimus Care, we knew we didn't want to build just another facility. We wanted to build a sanctuary
for children navigating the complexities of the out-of-home care system, a "home" shouldn't just be a temporary landing pad. It needs to be a launching pad.

7-17 in care.
Our mission is to deliver the highest quality of trauma-informed care with programmes led by expert clinical and therapeutic teams to provide Optimum recovery for all of the children and young people we look after.
The main aim of our mission is to promote healing and resilience through bespoke care plans, robust safeguarding, and compassionate support. We uphold values of integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to child safety at every level.
Our Mission
We aren't just looking at where these children are today;
we are looking at where they will be tomorrow, ten, twenty, or thirty years from now. By wrapping them in community, high expectations, and unconditional support, we are breaking cycles and building futures,
giving them foundations that last a lifetime.
