Our multidisciplinary family brings together frontline therapeutic care workers, clinical specialists, and supportive operational staff—all united by a single mission: to provide world-class, trauma-informed care tailored to every child's unique journey.

Clinical and Psycology Teams
Our residential support provides the 24/7, frontline care that establishes safety, boundaries, and daily routines. They are the primary faces the young people see every day.
Residential Childcare Workers (RCWs)
Handle daily care, cook meals, support milestones, manage challenging behaviours, and act as "Key Workers" for specific children.
Senior Support Workers / Shift Leaders
Oversee daily shifts, ensure care plans are followed, manage immediate crises, and mentor junior staff.
Therapeutic Practitioners:
Work alongside the care team to implement a therapeutic framework (like PACE or trauma-informed care) into daily life.
Residential Support Teams
This team ensures the home meets strict regulatory standards (such as Ofsted) while overseeing the home's strategic and financial health.
Registered Home Manager
Holds legal responsibility for the home, ensures compliance, manages budgets, and sets the home's culture.
Deputy Manager
Assists the manager, oversees staff scheduling, audits care plans, and steps in during the manager's absence.
Quality Assurance / Regulation Compliance Officer
Conducts independent visits and audits to ensure the highest standards of safety and care are maintained.

Rather than just managing behaviour, this team addresses the underlying trauma, attachment difficulties, and mental health needs of the young people.
Clinical Psychologists / Psychotherapists
Conduct psychological assessments and provide direct, tailored therapy sessions to the children.
Therapeutic Practitioners who also work alongside the care team implementing therapeutic framework (like PACE or trauma-informed care) into daily life.
Consultant Therapists
Provide "clinical supervision" to the care workers, helping them understand the young people's triggers and process the secondary trauma of care work.

Whenever a specific or niche need arises, we actively source and invest in external, specialized trainers and courses to ensure our staff have the exact expertise required to help every child succeed.
